CREDITORS CLERK
The Creditors Clerk reports to the Accountant.
Duties
• Processing of all payments
• Capturing payments into the system
• Coding of all payments
• Recording all bank payments into the register
• Capturing supplier invoices into the system
• Ensuring that all outstanding issues on creditors are cleared within a month
• Filing
• Updating creditors reconciliations and ensuring that supplier statements are available every month.
• Prepare quotations for walk in clients
• Attending to client queries
• Capturing all inventory issues
• Ensuring that all payments have matching GRVs, order and invoices within a week from the payment date.
• Updating the asset register and reconciling on a monthly basis
• Reconciling the payroll on a monthly basis.

• Have interpersonal and communication skills and be above average computer literate.
• Have hands-on experience with Pastel Accounting software.
• Have at least a degree in Accounting/Finance, have or have made significant progress obtaining CIMA, ACCA, CIS or ICAZ qualifications.

The incumbent will report to the Senior Internal Auditor and the Chief Internal Auditor and will be responsible for:
Preparing of audit program, engagement letter & actual audit activity;
Advising on internal controls;
Carrying out Risk Based Audits as per Risk Based Internal Audit Plan;
Carrying out spot check on regular basis on cash & stock items;
Maintaining all file (Audit reports, audit papers & correspondences) for ease review;
Carrying out spot checks on the utilization of resources by departments;
Verifying records and financial statements;
Reviewing accounting records and financial data to check for accuracy;
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures;
Any other duties assigned by the Internal Auditor.

Nyahunure Community Organisation (NCO) is Christian Aid is looking for a consultant to conduct a 15-day National and Export Market Feasibility Study designed to enhance export market opportunities for smallholder women farmer groups in the Mashonaland East production corridor. This Terms of Reference (ToRs) outlines a comprehensive framework for the study, aiming to ultimately bolster the economic resilience and empowerment of these farmers.
1. Background
The Women Economic Strengthening for Resilience Project (WESRP) is a collaborative initiative co-funded by Christian Aid and the Netherlands Embassy, implemented through Nyahunure Community Organisation (NCO). Launched in October 2024, the three (3) year project aims to empower smallholder women farmers in the Mashonaland East production corridor, particularly in Mudzi, Mutoko, Murehwa, and Goromonzi. The focus is on key value chains namely garlic, beans, paprika, onions, and honey, with the goal of enhancing household incomes and improving access to market opportunities (national and export) for women groups. This feasibility study will identify two potential value chains for export marketing, specifically targeting the significant barriers these farmers encounter in accessing export markets. By analyzing market dynamics, certification requirements, and logistical considerations, the study will provide actionable insights that can promote market penetration and economic resilience among the participating women farmer groups.
2. Objectives of the Study
The study will focus on three main areas:
1. Value chain identification and market analysis: Identify two potential value chains for national and export marketing, conducting a comprehensive analysis of market demand, trends, and competitive landscapes.
2. Logistical and value addition assessment: Define logistical routes from farm to market, identify potential export markets, and assess value addition opportunities, including necessary equipment and associated costs.
3. Compliance and quality requirements: Specify the certification procedures, quality standards, and registration requirements, including cost implications for compliance for each value chain to ensure successful market entry.
4. Capacity gaps analysis: Analyze capacity gaps at the smallholder farmer level to identify training needs and areas for skill development, ensuring farmers are equipped to meet market demands and compliance standards.

Identify any market infrastructure (including value addition) available (district to national) and challenges that may impact the efficiency of these routes.

Identify training needs for farmers related to production practices, quality assurance, compliance, and marketing strategies to enhance their readiness for export.
4. Deliverables
The consultant shall provide the following deliverables:
Inception report: A brief report outlining the methodology, work plan, and timeline (due by Day 3).
Feasibility study report: A comprehensive report containing findings, analysis, and recommendations for the two selected value chains (due by Day 15).
Certification and quality standards guiding document for each prioritized value chain, including compliancy (due by Day 15)
Potential markets database (local, national, export), for the two prioritized value chains
Presentation: A presentation summarizing key findings and recommendations to stakeholders (to be scheduled at the end of the consultancy period).
5. Methodology
Desk research: Review existing market studies, trade regulations, and export requirements to gather background information.
Field visits: Conduct visits to small holder farmers and processing facilities to gather qualitative data through interviews with farmers, cooperatives, and market experts.
Value chain actor’s consultations: Engage with value chain actors and key stakeholders to validate findings and gather practical insights on challenges and opportunities within the value chains.
Qualifications and Experience
6. Qualifications of the Consultant
The consultant should have:
Proven experience in conducting national and export market analysis within the agricultural sector, particularly pertaining to the specified value chains relevant to smallholder farmers.
A strong understanding of export regulations, certification processes, and quality standards necessary for successful market entry.
Experience working with exporters, agricultural cooperatives, and women farmer groups, showcasing a commitment to promoting gender equity and empowering marginalized communities.
Excellent analytical, report-writing, and presentation skills, enabling effective communication of findings and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
Evidence of having completed at least two recent consultancy/facilitated business ventures / projects focusing on export market penetration, demonstrating the ability to navigate and address challenges in entering new markets.

AHF is an international humanitarian organization operating in Zimbabwe, collaborating with the Ministry of Health & Child Care to create Centres of Excellence (COEs) in health. The Organization is looking for a Data and Linkage Assistant to be based at Kwekwe General Hospital OI Clinic, supported by AHF. The successful candidate will be expected to coordinate AHF program data management and retention activities relating to HTS and ART services, including routine data collection, compilation, analysis, and dissemination through the use of the MoHCC Management Information System onsite. The successful candidate will also be expected to work closely with the clinic teams to identify, follow up on, and support clients who miss clinic appointments and those who disengage from care, among other responsibilities.
The AHF-supported Data and Linkage Assistant will work under the direct supervision of the OI Clinic MoHCC Manager in Charge at the Facility where they will be based, and also under the AHF-supported Site Supervisor. Overall, they will also work under the AHF M&E Manager, who is based at the Country Head Office.
*Duties and Responsibilities*
M&E / Linkage/Retention Roles –
• Collect weekly, monthly & quarterly HIV Testing Services and ART Statistics from the respective site, including the composition of the AHF-specific Patient Productivity Reports (PPRs); Enter all weekly, monthly, and quarterly PPR data into the AHF PPR web portal;
• Actively participates in preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly program data reports and ensures timely submission of requested data to MoHCC and AHF structures, as well as assists in the production of information submitted to the MoHCC DHIS2;
• Regularly monitors and maintains the privacy of all data/information collected and entered into all MIS systems on site; Ensures that all data/information is backed up regularly (daily/weekly/ monthly), ensuring the safety of data.;
• Takes part in the training of healthcare workers in data collection, management, and utilization. Provides timely feedback on data queries, including data inconsistencies or missing data;
• Participates in the development of operational work plans and budgets for data management and retention activities at the facility in line with reporting requirements;
• Review data for accuracy and completeness, identifying errors for cleaning. The Clerk will lead data audit and validation activities at the OI Clinic.;
• Ensuring availability of required & recent Health Information tools, i.e., registers, forms, guidelines, and any other relevant tools, and ensuring that updating of these registers (e.g., HTS & ART registers) and any related tools is done;
• At facilities with Patient Chart Records, assist in ensuring there is an efficient patient record management system e.g., assist with the clinic’s filing when required; Ensure that the number of charts entered into the database correlates with the number of clients recorded in the daily register at the reception;
• Work closely with the HIV care/treatment and HIV testing teams to reach out to HIV-positive clients, encourage them to come into care, and monitor their linkage and engagement in medical care. Share the missed appointment and LTFU client list with linkage and retention teams for follow-up on a daily basis
• Monitor site linkage & retention performance quarterly and provide feedback to the facility team. Assists the site to ensure that newly tested positives are linked to care while all new and old clients are retained in care.
Administrative Roles –
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the different line supervisor(s).
• Make meeting appointments, take minutes in staff meetings, and assist in the procurement processes
*Qualifications and Experience*
The applicant should hold at least a Diploma in Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or other related fields from a recognized institution. The preferred candidates will be those who also possess a Certificate or its equivalent in either of the following disciplines: Psychology, counseling and guidance, social work and administration, social sciences, and Nursing.
Holding a Bachelor(s) degree in the fields noted is a significant advantage; At least two years of experience working in a busy healthcare setting and in a field directly related to HIV&AIDS and specified responsibilities; Previous exposure and experience working with healthcare delivery systems such as eHR, ePMS, ePOC, DHIS 2 is a significant advantage; Flexible, proactive, and able to organize work independently as well as work in a team.
Computer Skills: Added advantages include proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.

AHF is an international humanitarian organization operating in Zimbabwe, collaborating with the Ministry of Health & Child Care to create Centres of Excellence (COEs) in health. The Organization is looking for a Data and Linkage Assistant to be based at Kwekwe General Hospital OI Clinic, supported by AHF. The successful candidate will be expected to coordinate AHF program data management and retention activities relating to HTS and ART services, including routine data collection, compilation, analysis, and dissemination through the use of the MoHCC Management Information System onsite. The successful candidate will also be expected to work closely with the clinic teams to identify, follow up on, and support clients who miss clinic appointments and those who disengage from care, among other responsibilities.
The AHF-supported Data and Linkage Assistant will work under the direct supervision of the OI Clinic MoHCC Manager in Charge at the Facility where they will be based, and also under the AHF-supported Site Supervisor. Overall, they will also work under the AHF M&E Manager, who is based at the Country Head Office.
Duties and Responsibilities
M&E / Linkage/Retention Roles –
• Collect weekly, monthly & quarterly HIV Testing Services and ART Statistics from the respective site, including the composition of the AHF-specific Patient Productivity Reports (PPRs); Enter all weekly, monthly, and quarterly PPR data into the AHF PPR web portal;
• Actively participates in preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly program data reports and ensures timely submission of requested data to MoHCC and AHF structures, as well as assists in the production of information submitted to the MoHCC DHIS2;
• Regularly monitors and maintains the privacy of all data/information collected and entered into all MIS systems on site; Ensures that all data/information is backed up regularly (daily/weekly/ monthly), ensuring the safety of data.;
• Takes part in the training of healthcare workers in data collection, management, and utilization. Provides timely feedback on data queries, including data inconsistencies or missing data;
• Participates in the development of operational work plans and budgets for data management and retention activities at the facility in line with reporting requirements;
• Review data for accuracy and completeness, identifying errors for cleaning. The Clerk will lead data audit and validation activities at the OI Clinic.;
• Ensuring availability of required & recent Health Information tools, i.e., registers, forms, guidelines, and any other relevant tools, and ensuring that updating of these registers (e.g., HTS & ART registers) and any related tools is done;
• At facilities with Patient Chart Records, assist in ensuring there is an efficient patient record management system e.g., assist with the clinic’s filing when required; Ensure that the number of charts entered into the database correlates with the number of clients recorded in the daily register at the reception;
• Work closely with the HIV care/treatment and HIV testing teams to reach out to HIV-positive clients, encourage them to come into care, and monitor their linkage and engagement in medical care. Share the missed appointment and LTFU client list with linkage and retention teams for follow-up on a daily basis
• Monitor site linkage & retention performance quarterly and provide feedback to the facility team. Assists the site to ensure that newly tested positives are linked to care while all new and old clients are retained in care.
Administrative Roles –
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the different line supervisor(s).
• Make meeting appointments, take minutes in staff meetings, and assist in the procurement processes
Qualifications and Experience
The applicant should hold at least a Diploma in Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or other related fields from a recognized institution. The preferred candidates will be those who also possess a Certificate or its equivalent in either of the following disciplines: Psychology, counseling and guidance, social work and administration, social sciences, and Nursing.

• Prepare acquittals for bank submission.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annually).
• Update fixed asset register (additions, disposals, depreciation).
• Assist with intercompany reconciliation.
• Liaise with external auditors and resolve audit queries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and international accounting standards.
• Contribute to process improvements within the finance function.
*Qualifications and Experience*
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Studying towards or completion of a professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CA) is an added advantage.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance role.
• Strong knowledge of Zimbabwean taxation laws and statutory reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Pastel, QuickBooks, Sage) and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills.
• High attention to detail and integrity.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
