PROJECT MANAGER – (CIVIL)
• Graduate Civil Engineer, having 15 years of exp. in the construction of Residential, Commercial, Mixed used Building Project.
• Knack & proactive in resource planning, time management, subcontract coordination, drawing & design management, controlling & monitoring of the project.
• Sound understanding of Civil, MEP, Architectural, ID etc. work.
• Leadership quality to lead & motivate the project team to achieve project goals.
• Familiar with local authorities’ regulation.
• Knowledge of planning tools, FIDIC, standards & codes.
PROJECT ENGINEER – (CIVIL)
• Graduate Civil Engineer, having 5 years work experience with Building Construction Company.
• Skillful in project execution & control, micro planning & allocation of resources.
• Ability to control & manage project schedule, resources, site safety, quality, engineers & workforce for optimum productivity.
• Good understanding of drawings, materials, standards and local authority requirements.
• Experienced in Method statement, Inspection & Test & Material selection.
PLANNING ENGINEER
• Graduate Civil Engineer, having min. 5 years hands on experience in construction projects – Residential / Commercial Towers, Vilas etc.
• Knack of planning & scheduling on Primavera
• Well familiar with construction activities, work sequence, productivity, coordination etc.
• Working experience for EOT-preparation, claim administration, FIDIC awareness, weekly report, recovery plan, monthly report etc.
SITE ENGINEER – (CIVIL)
• Graduate Civil Engineer, having 3 years’ experience with Building Construction Company.
• Skillful in project execution, Quality Safety, Surveying and controlling manpower’s.
• Well conversant with Civil Engineering methods and practices.
QA / QC ENGINEER – (CIVIL / ARCHITECTURAL)
• Graduate Civil Engineer, having min. 5 years hands on experience in construction projects – Residential / Commercial Towers, Villas etc.
• Well familiar with construction methodology, material, construction details, testing etc.
• Knack of inspection of Civil & Architectural work, writing method statement, ITP, check sheet etc.
• Well familiar with standards codes (BS / ASTM), testing procedures and local authority regulation.
• Capable to lead from & proactive for implementation of Quality System in the project.
QA / QC ENGINEER – (MEP)
• Graduate Mechanical Engineer, having min. 5 years hands on experience in construction projects – Residential / Commercial Towers, Villas etc.
• Well familiar with construction methodology, material, construction details, testing etc.
• Knack of inspection for HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical work, Equipment etc. writing method statement, ITP and check sheet.
• Well familiar with standard codes (SMACNA / ASHREA / Civil defense regulation etc.) and local authority regulation.
• Capable to lead from & proactive for implementation of Quality System in the project.
LAND SURVEYOR
• Candidates should have at least 3 years of exp. in land surveying.
• Adept at using total station & dumpy level.
• Coordination with Engineers and Project Managers.
FOREMAN - GENERAL
• Having good work experience with Building Construction Company.
• Skill full in reading & interpreting drawings.
• In depth work exp. in construction activities – excavation, steel work, formwork, water proofing, scaffolding, finishes, surveying work etc.
• Efficient in organizing & delegate workers, sequencing of work, achieving productivity, preventing wastage.
• Well conversant with Safety & Quality norms.
FOREMAN – (MASON / STEEL FITTER / SHUTTERING)
• Having good work exp. with Building Construction Company.
• Skill full in reading & interpreting drawings.
• Efficient in organizing & delegate workers, sequencing of work, achieving productivity, preventing wastage.
• Well conversant with Safety & Quality norms.
DRAFTSMAN – (CIVIL)
• Having minimum 3 years work experience with AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop and 3D Max.
• Sound knowledge on structural and architectural works.
• Well conversant with site measurement, reading drawings and quantification.
SAFETY OFFICER / ENGINEER
• Graduate having 5 years of exp. in the construction industry.
• Possessing essential certification – NEBOSH / Safety course etc.
• Well familiar with local authority (DM, JAFZA) regulation, OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001.
• Capable to lead from & proactive for implementation of HSE regulation in the project.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Must have a Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering on any University / Colleges with fifteen (15) years of work experience in related field especially in high rise building constructions and with GCC work experience.
MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER
Must have a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering on any University / Colleges with fifteen (15) years of work experience in related field especially in high rise building constructions and with GCC work experience.
CONSULTANT ENGINEER (CIVIL)
Must have a Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering on any University / Colleges with ten (10) years of work experience in related field especially in high rise building constructions and with GCC work experience.
STRUCTURAL ENGINEER (CIVIL)
Must have a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering on any reputed University / Colleges. With minimum ten (10) years of work experience in related field especially in high rise building constructions and with GCC work experience. Familiar with American Concrete Institute and do the shop drawing with Bar Bending Schedule.

Must have a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering on any reputed University / Colleges. With minimum ten (10) years of work experience in related field especially in high rise building constructions and with GCC work experience.
PROCUREMENT ENGINEER (CIVIL)
