Melvin Sturdevant College Vacancies
(MSC) is a Christian oriented college offering high school tuition. The college will be opening its doors in January 2017 in Harare CBD. We seek to recruit highly qualified and experienced school staff with strong Christian background. The following positions are therefore available.

1. COLLEGE PRINCIPAL.
The incumbent should have the following qualifications, qualities and experience.  At least a degree in education and a post grad qualification in education management.  At least 10 years teaching experience of which a minimum of three should have been spent as a deputy head or headmaster.  Should have spent a minimum of 5 years at a private school  Should be highly computer literate  Should have a strong appreciation of financial background.  Must be well conversant with the 21st century learning and teaching skills.  Should have good training and leadership skills  Should be a strong Adventist with in good and regular standing with proven church leadership skills.

2. TEACHERS
The incumbents should have the following qualifications, qualities and experience.  Should have a minimum of a degree in their subject areas  Should have a relevant teaching qualification.  Should be able to teach at least two subjects up to A level.  Should have a minimum of 5 years teaching experience of which two should have been spent at a recognized private or ATS school.  Should be computer literate and be able to use computers as a teaching aid.  Should be well conversant with 21st century learning and teaching skills and be able to impart the 21st century life skills in pupils.  Should be committed to duty and be a good team player with a high level of interpersonal and communication skills.  Should be fluent in both written and spoken English.  Should be able to demonstrate a high level of loyalty.  Should be able to impart Christian values in pupils  An entrepreneurial development skills is an added advantage but not a prerequisite. 3. FRONT OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
The incumbent should have the following qualifications, qualities and experience.  Good 5 O levels including English Language and Mathematics  Should be a holder of a minimum of a diploma in Business Administration or HND in Secretarial studies from a recognized polytechnic college or university.  Should have a minimum of three years working experience in an education environment.  Should be able to handle and manage reception enquiries  Should demonstrate a high level of good communication and interpersonal skills  Should be fluent in both written and spoken English.  Should have a proven strong financial background.  Should have good computer literacy especially in word and excel.  Should have minute taking skills.  Should be smart and tidy  Should have good public relations and an attitude of politeness.

4. GENERAL HAND/COOK. 
Should have a minimum of 5 O levels  Should be able to speak basic English  Should have at least a year`s experience as a cleaner or cook.  Should be able to prepare various vegan and vegetarian dishes 
