ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

TECHNICIAN

Prerequisite for Engineer:

Min. has 2-3 years of experience in installation of solar power system from small to large scale solar power plants including on-grid, off-grid and hybrid with backup systems.

Ability to install all types of grid-tied inverters & able to work with various ground mounting and roof mount rack systems.

Must have a sound knowledge of Testing & Commissioning of solar power system.

Must have a sound knowledge on SMA products.

Prerequisite for Technician:

Must have a sound knowledge of Electrical wiring. Performing quality & neat installations.

Must aware of Generator connection with load & overall maintenance.

Insure proper safety measures and fall protection is use by solar installation

Work in a team to install complete solar power system.

Assemble, install and test electrical equipment using various tools repair, replace and rewire equipment

INTERIOR DESIGNER (10+ yrs. experience)

Description:

• Strong 3D conceptual skills with the ability to communicate design ideas and direction.
• Collaborate on most of interiors projects, including programming client needs, conceptual and schematic design.
• Assist in managing client expectations, team communication and consultant coordination.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field from an accredited school required.
• Computer skills to include Revit and AutoCAD as well as knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up, required.
• Strong leadership, organization, communication and relationships management skills preferred.

ARCHITECT (10+ yrs. experience)

Description:

• Strong hand sketch & 3D conceptual skills with the ability to communicate design ideas and direction. Proficiency in freehand design is strongly preferred.
• Independently prepare Revit plans, building sections, elevations, details, wall sections, and design drawings within all architectural phases.
• Assist in the development and detail of design and concept drawings.
• Attend and actively participate in project team meetings.

Qualification:

• Bachelor of Architecture, Master of Architecture preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience working on mid to large scale projects required.
• Revit experience required. Strong creative design portfolio and strong communication, teamwork, presentation, graphics, organizational skills as well as the ability to handle multiple projects required.
