Driver/Assistant: IFES Zimbabwe Trust

IFES Zimbabwe Trust a non-profit organization, is seeking qualified applicants for a full-time Driver Assistant position based in Harare.
Under this position, the Driver Assistant will provide support in the following areas:
Driving and vehicle maintenance responsibilities: Performs all project deliveries and pick-ups; Maintains vehicle mileage and fuel log books; Responsible for overall maintenance and cleanliness of vehicles; Keep up-to-date on all road conditions; Performs all other necessary driving duties
Security planning and readiness responsibilities: Drafts IFES Zimbabwe Security and Evacuation plan; Ensures go-packs are ready to go; Responsible for maintenance of relationships necessary for safety of all staff; Ensures all staff understand the security and evacuation plan
Logistical support responsibilities: Delivers letters, payments to vendors and any other documentation; Assists with photocopying, scanning, filing and report binding; Collects commodity quotations; Assists with preparations on all events; Performs other duties as needed
Requirements
Valid driving license; Able to read and write in English; Completed defensive driving course; Good team player
