Background
The Centre for Community Development in Zimbabwe (CCDZ) is a local Non-Governmental Organization whose mission is to promote participatory democracy and development. The organization is currently implementing the following projects: Citizen Engagement and Local governance Capacity Building, Strengthening Citizen Participation in Governance, Human Rights Mo
nitoring and Peace-building at the national level. CCDZ seeks the services of a consultant to develop a new user friendly website that reflects the work that the organization is currently implementing. The organization currently has a functional website. However, given the changes in reach and scope of our work, we intend to develop a new website that reflects our current program focus.

Key deliverables
Design new website reflecting the new organizational program focus; Provide initial website maintenance and updates; Training of key staff on website updating and basic site maintenance; Staff orientation on the new website and key functions; Ensure that the organization’s members and other external publics can provide feedback on the ongoing programmes

Class 4 drivers licence; Defensive driving certificate; At least 5 years driving experience

Two (2) Household Economic and Livelihoods Officers: Family AIDS Caring Trust (FACT)

FAMILY AIDS CARING TRUST (FACT), a Christian based development organisation, with its Head Office in Mutare, is implementing a PERFAR/USAID funded Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC) Program in Manicaland and Masvingo Provinces. FACT seeks to recruit for the positions of Household Economic Strengthening & Livelihoods Officers reporting to the Household Economic Strengthening Specialist.

The person will be expected to deliver on the following:
Plan and oversee implementation of the economic strengthening activities in the district; Conduct trainings for targeted groups on internal savings and lending schemes (ISALs), enterprise skills development, participatory market skills development (PMSD); Plan and oversee capacity building of adolescent girls and young women (AGYW) and care-givers to improve their socio-economic capital; Identify and support of OVCs in the continuum of care, from the home, school, community to the necessary economic strengthening services children and their families might require; Build and maintain collaborative relationships with relevant government line ministries and local stakeholders; Document all economic strengthening activities services provided to target groups including lessons learnt, best practices, and case studies of Most Significant Change sharing with partners for replication and up-scaling; Develop timely weekly, monthly and quarterly progress reports ensuring quality standards are met

Minimum qualifications and experience
The incumbent must have strong analytical skills; have excellent interpersonal communication, strong results orientation, organizational, creative and multitasking ability; Proficient in Project Cycle management, aptitude for report writing and willing to work under pressure and within tight deadlines; Diploma/Bachelors’ degree Agriculture and Natural Resources, Social work, Social Sciences or Development studies; At least three years of experience in community development work preferably in the field economic strengthening and Livelihoods Knowledge and experience with NGO operations and community-based programming; Psychosocial support and life skills training experience will be an added advantage; Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially with community-based groups; Knowledge and use of computer (MS office and Excel); Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team is essential; Must demonstrate sound training expertise and skills in a cross-cultural setting; Ability to ride a motorcycle is a MUST

ZWRCN is a women’s rights organization, focusing on women’s economic justice and empowerment.

Purpose of the job
To assist the Accountant in recording and retrieving financial details of the organization, including maintaining financial records, processing payments, cash handling and salaries.

Main tasks 
 Work closely with Accountant to ensure smooth operation of all finance matters; Input account data into Pastel Accounting system with speed and accuracy; Maintain and account for Petty Cash disbursements; Process payments requisitions that include travel and general procurement related invoices; Sending of payment confirmations to vendors; Matching invoices to statements and purchase orders to invoices; Checking and verifying travel reconciliations and claims; Assist in year-end preparations and preparations for financial audits; Input and process Payroll using Touchstone Computer Systems payroll software; Remit PAYE and AIDS levy; withholding tax to ZIMRA and NSSA WCIF and NPS payments; Submit income tax P2, ITF16 and NSSA returns annually; Maintain staff daily attendance register and leave records; Assist in drafting consultancy and other service agreements; Assist in inventory control (asset register, stock control); Undertake monthly mileage calculations and cost allocation; As and when required, travel within Zimbabwe, for ZWRCN programs activities to facilitate logistical arrangements and payments of allowances and to ensure delivery of services by service providers; Assist in filing and maintaining records of all petty cash vouchers, payment, receipts and journal vouchers; Assist in filing and maintaining payroll and personnel records; Assist in filing and maintaining records of assets; Provide financial support to team members; Any other duties that may be deemed appropriate to this role

Qualifications, skills and experience
Degree or equivalent education in Accounting obtained from a recognized institution; Minimum three years’ related experience in NGO sector; Proven experience working with Pastel Accounting software; Proven experience working with Touchstone Computer Systems payroll software or similar (e.g. Belina); Ability to work efficiently with Microsoft office Excel and Word; Clean class 4 Drivers’ license; Traceable references

To effectively coordinate & deliver gender analysis and research, stakeholder sensitization, mobilization, and undertake capacity building initiatives under the Gender, Economic Policies and Public Finance (GEPPF) Programme

Key responsibilities
Development and scheduling programme work plans and ensuring assistant staff implement work plans in line with agreed activities and timelines; Overseeing execution of activities including task preparation i.e concept notes, designing of activity programmes, participant communication and delivery of the tasks; Provide mentorship to Assistant Programme Officers in the implementation of their tasks; Provide budget oversight for the different projects in accordance with specifications and funding frameworks; Qualifications, skills and experience
Minimum - degree in economics, development studies, gender studies or relevant social sciences; A minimum of 6 years’ experience in undertaking gender analysis/research, designing and delivering on capacity building initiatives on gender and development issues, including training; Proven track record of working on women economic justice and empowerment issues. Knowledge of gender and public finance management will be an advantage; Experience of undertaking advocacy work, particularly targeted at policy makers (national and local government) and the legislature; Experience in the design and management of programme monitoring and evaluation systems; Good networking experience with different constituencies relevant to ZWRCN; Demonstrated maturity and diplomatic skills; Ability to work efficiently with Microsoft office Excel and Word; Clean class 4; Drivers’ license; Traceable references

Job Description 
 Daily Stocks administration
Weekly inventory write offs reconciliation and analysis.
Inventory spot checks, stock takes and variance reports
System inventory manufacturing, invoicing and GRVs.
Internal stock transfers into the system
Production yield analysis
Intercompany reconciliation
Assist in month end procedures.
