IT SUPPORT OFFICER: Overall Responsibilities
The Information Technology Officer is responsible and accountable for all aspects of the organizational IT provisioning, in particular, the maintenance and optimization of the current IT network in operation. The IT Officer will assist with the implementation of the OPHID IT policy to ensure the provision of reliable and uninterrupted information systems, the integrity and validity of data contained in information systems, the ability to recover effectively and efficiently from disruption to information systems and the protection of OPHID IT assets including information, software and hardware. The IT officer will support the design and integration of digital and mobile technologies for real-time data collection, management, analysis and communication for improved program implementation. Requirements

The Provincial Office administrator will be responsible for all the receptionist functions. In charge of all the local procurements, ensuring that all the local purchases are done in compliance with OPHID’s procurement procedure, to ensure compliance and best value for money. The Provincial Office Administrator will be in charge of asset management. The Provincial Office Administrator will carry out some HR functions with guidance from HR Central Office. Create and maintain copies of financial records in compliance with OPHID policies and procedures. Assist the Provincial Manager with reviewing transport reports before they are submitted to central office to ensure effective management of vehicles.
 Requirements

The PC will provide HIV testing and counselling services to patients/clients in diverse settings, including MNCH, OPD, TB, Reproductive Health services, Nutrition, EPI Inpatient wards, OI/ART clinics and mobile outreach settings. Provide accurate documentation of all HTC services offered to clients using the standard national data collection tools. Compiling and consolidating all HTC data from the different testing and counselling points. Participate in ongoing peer review and professional development activities. Submit monthly, quarterly and annual HTC reports to supervisors.
 Minimum Requirements
ü  PCN (Primary Care Nurse)
ü  Diploma or Certificate in  Counselling
ü   Mature individual
ü  Ability to work well with clients and work as a team
ü  Ability to provide and receive critical feedback on client care.

DSD MENTORS: Overall responsibility
The DSD Mentor will be responsible for building the clinical capacity of OI/ART nurses to provide quality HIV care and treatment. They will be responsible for practically training OI/ART nurses to foster ongoing professional development to yield sustainable high-quality clinical care outcomes. The DSD Mentor will provide ongoing mentoring to less-experienced HIV clinical providers by responding to questions, reviewing clinical cases, providing feedback and assisting in case management.
 Requirements
ü  Experience in the Antiretroviral Therapy context as a Clinician,
ü  Having substantial expertise in Antiretroviral Therapy and Opportunistic Infections Management
ü  Currently/recently practising Clinicians, with strong teaching skills.
ü  Registered General Nurse (RGN) with relevant clinical
ü  Working in the OI/ART department for at least 2 years is desirable.
ü  Attended HIT training and holds a Rapid HIV testing certificate

District Strategic Information and Evaluation Officers

 District Strategic Imformation and Evaluation Officer: Overall responsibilities
The DSIE Officer will provide Health Information support to the province and to districts covered by the program, while maintaining a close liaison with the MOHCC Provincial Health Information Office. The position will contribute to overall improved quality of data generated by the district as well as ensuring that data is correctly and timely entered into DATIM and DHIS2. S/He will provide technical support to district teams in monitoring program output indicators. The DSIE Officer will continuously review monitoring tools for the program team and ensure that data relevant for the program are collected. S/He will participate in regular data quality checks conducted to address data quality challenges identified at site level. S/he will participate in provincial M&E trainings and undertake regular visits to the field to support implementation of M&E activities to identify where adaptations might be needed. Perform cohort analysis in the district to establish paediatric HIV transmission rates and determine maternal retention in care at relevant months. Prepare reports for the districts and sites.
 Requirements
ü  A quantitative degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Public Health, or Social Sciences is desirable
ü  Minimum of five years’ experience and demonstrated practical skills in monitoring HIV and AIDS, TB, care and support programs
ü  Demonstrate working knowledge of quantitative data collection systems in the MOH, including data analysis using SAS, SPSS, STATA, Epi-Info, or any other data analysis software
ü  Familiarity with and a supportive attitude towards processes of strengthening provincial and district levels
ü  Experience working with multiple stakeholders and familiarity with PEPFAR indicators and reporting requirements will be an added advantage
ü  The ability to speak local languages (Ndebele; Shona) in the respective area

Program Assistant: Overall Responsibility
The Program Assistant is responsible for supporting the Programs Team with the planning, implementation and monitoring of OPHID program activities. The Program Assistant will provide administrative and logistical support for projects and components of the FACE-HIV program. S/He will support with writing routine reports and correspondence, and assist with the development of project/program materials. The Program Assistant is responsible for maintaining calendars, receiving and composing communications as needed, and support with preparations, scheduling, logistics, and other various requirements for travel. S/He will assist with organizing meetings and events. S/He will support monitoring program performance and documentation/filing for projects/program. With direction from Program Manager, the Assistant will liaise and communicate with project consultants and field office staff. The Program Assistant will support small research or design projects to support one or more staff members in regards to project and programmatic efforts.
 Requirements
ü  Completed relevant Bachelor’s Degree
ü  Experience with administration and logistics, preferred.
Experience managing volunteers or working with volunteer organizations
ü  Previous experience with particular reference to PMTCT and HIV Care and Treatment

KMIA Enumerator: Overall responsibility
The KMIA Enumerator is responsible for arranging field logistics and overseeing data collection and data entry of KMIA assessments and research activities. The position involves national travel for a minimum of two weeks per month to undertake data collection activities in OPHID-supported health facilities.  The KMIA Enumerator will be responsible for data entry and storage and work closely with the KMIA Officer and KMIA Coordinator in ensuring highest quality documentation and reporting of OPHID Programs.
 Requirements
ü Minimum Bachelors Degree in public health, statistics or demography, or related field and a background in health related field.
ü  Competence in quantitative and qualitative research methods.
ü Current Good Clinical Practice (GCP) research training certification
ü  Experience in utilizing technology tools and also possess the ability to master new technology tools, as required.
ü Proficiency in statistical packages/data management/data analysis.
ü  Previous experience with Ministry of Health and Child Care registers and procedures and NGO field work.

Overall responsibility
The KMIA Officer is responsible for crafting the appropriate Impact analysis data collection, collation and analyzing Data. The KMIA Officer assists in feeding back learning materials to program staff, District Health Executives and health care site staff in accessible formats.S/He will support project coordinators in operationalization of research results. S/He will document best practices through writing up of research results to inform policy and strategies so that the interventions are implemented correctly in a given community. The KMIA Officer will be responsible for providing the right and reliable information to all stake holders in the correct format so as to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of public health interventions. S/he will participate in the designing of appropriate assessment methods and ensuring that the steps followed during the rapid assessment process are ethical. S/he will supervise and coordinate the research to ensure that the project team members carry out their duties according to the standards set in the research proposal and operate within the set time limits.
Requirements
ü  Minimum Masters Degree in public health, statistics or demography
ü  Background in health related field will be an added advantage
ü  At least 2 years working experience in a similar operational research position.
ü  Competence in research design both quantitative and qualitative methods.
ü  Proficiency in statistical packages/data management/data analysis.
ü  Ability to work independently (coordinate implementation of research project without direct supervision)
ü  Excellent communication skills (documentation, report writing, proposal writing and publications).
Location and reporting
The KMIA officer position is based at OPHID Central office in Harare and reports to  KMIA Coordinator.

The Organization for Public Health Interventions and Development (OPHID) PVO 31/16 develops and implements innovative approaches and strategies to strengthen HIV Care and Treatment services in Zimbabwe, by providing enhanced access for communities to comprehensive HIV prevention, care and treatment. OPHID, through the FACE Consortium, works with the Ministry of Health and Child Care (MOHCC) in implementing these interventions. 
Grants and Compliance Officer: Overall responsibility
Supporting Grants and Compliance Manager in managing risk through risk assessment, conducting compliance reviews and ensuring compliance with terms and conditions of agreements, funder rules and regulations, applicable statutes, policies and procedures, best practices and IFRS. Performing administrative duties such as designing and maintaining a systematic filing and documentation system.Distribution of compliance information, maintaining compliance documentation, and ensuring required information is current and reported to appropriate stakeholders. Performing detailed analysis of financial data, noting trends and irregularities for further investigations.
Requirements
ü  Bachelor of Accountancy Honours degree or equivalent
ü Excellent computer software skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and accounting packages
ü  Experience working in USAID funded grants and a good understanding of USAID Rules and Regulations
ü  Excellent analytical skills, professionalism, confidentiality and objectivity
