Establish and process journal voucher and reversal reconciliations
Exception Management & Issue Resolution
Automate exception management for failed transactions and workflows in line with SLAs
Investigate, resolve, and track reconciliation exceptions across all reconciliation streams
Lead root-cause analysis and resolution of reconciliation issues
Revenue Assurance
Perform revenue assurance checks across all revenue beneficiaries
Reporting & Governance
Prepare, maintain, and submit monthly SLA performance reports

Proven experience reconciling financial records and transactions
