MECHANICAL SITE ENGINEER – Fire Protection & Plumbing

Minimum 10 years’ experience in execution of Fire protection and Plumbing system

(Gulf experience preferred)

Good exposure in Estimation and Execution of Fire protection and Plumbing systems in large scale industrial and residential projects Good exposure to installation,

Testing and commissioning of Fire protection systems

like Wet riser, Sprinkler, FM 200, Pre action, Fire Pump room works etc

Good exposure to installation,

Testing and commissioning of Plumbing systems

Exposure to Civil defense inspection procedures for Fire protection systems Working Knowledge in Auto CAD, MS office Knowledge in NFPA, Civil defense requirements, International Plumbing Code,

National Plumbing Code will be added advantage

Shall be in charge of daily delegation of Fire Fighting & Plumbing work and issuing

targets as per project requirements and its accomplishment.

MECHANICAL SITE ENGINEER – HVAC

Minimum 10 years experience in execution of HVAC Systems (Gulf experience preferred)

Core area of experience shall be in installation of HVAC system equipments like Chillers, Cooling towers, Primary and secondary pumping system, FCU, VAV, Piping, Ducting etc

Exposure to Testing and Balancing of HVAC system

Working Knowledge in Auto CAD, MS office

Knowledge in ASHRAE, SMACNA will be added advantage

Knowledge in BMS System

Shall be in charge of daily delegation of all HVAC work and issuing targets as per project requirements and its accomplishment.

HVAC PIPING FOREMAN

At least 5 years’ experience as a Lead man / 3 years’ experience as Foreman in Fabrication and Installation of piping and installation and commissioning of A/C

Equipment’s for residential or commercial building projects (GCC experience preferred)

Thorough knowledge of the use of Piping tools and equipment Good experience in preparing take off for pipes, fittings, hangers & supports, installation materials etc. as required for the HVAC pipe work

Good experience in installation of AHUs, FAHUs, FCUs, Pumps and accessories

Supervising the Erection of Piping with Accessories (Valves, Flexible Connectors, etc.) and pipe insulation

Experience in installation of piping for Mechanical rooms

Experience in water balancing of the HVAC System by Handling the Balancing Equipment’s

Knowledge in installation DX/ Split A/C units and piping will be an added advantage

Hands on experience in diagnosing cooling issues due to water distribution problems and identifying equipment and solutions needed to rectify the problems will be an added advantage

Thorough knowledge of the use of Ducting and Piping tools and equipment

Good experience in preparing take off for duct fabrication, air outlets, cladding, installation materials etc as required for the HVAC duct work

Good experience in installation of AHUs, FAHUs, FCUs and Fans

Supervising the Erection of G.I Ducting with Accessories (Motorized Dampers, Volume Control Dampers, Fire Dampers and air outlets) and duct insulation

Experience in installation of M.S Ducting and cladding for Mechanical rooms

Experience in Air balancing of the HVAC System by Handling the air Balancing Equipment’s

thorough knowledge of the use of common plumbing equipment and installation Copper, PPR, UPVC, HDPE piping works

Supervise the installation of Water heaters, Pumps, Sanitary wears, Interceptors etc.

Hydro Testing of Water supply piping and gravity testing for no pressure piping Hand on experience in soldering / brazing of copper pipes or any related certification will be considered as added advantage

Thorough knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions associated with the plumbing trade Ability to work from sketches, drawings, plans or specifications

Good communication skills and ability to follow oral and written instructions (English language)

Plan, schedule and assign the activities of plumbers

MV-LV ELECTRICAL FOREMAN

(GCC experience preferred)

Thorough knowledge of the use of Electrical tools and equipment

Good experience in preparing take off for containment works, cables, hangers & supports, installation materials etc. as required for the Electrical work

Good experience in installation of MDBs, SMDBs, DBs, Central Battery System, Light

Fittings, Wiring Accessories etc.

Supervising the Erection of above mentioned electrical works with Accessories

Experience in installation of equipment and panels in Electrical rooms

Experience in testing of electrical System
