Responsibilities: v Oversees

HELPDESK OFFICER – LEVEL 11 (1 POST) Responsibilities: v Receiving queries from
ZIMRA stations by phone, email or in person v
Offering first line support to clients v
Logging all queries and distributing such queries to relevant personnel or
sections within ICT Section v
Receiving, logging and dispatching equipment to/from stations referred for
repair and making follow-ups for outstanding equipment and queries v Issuing and accepting
application forms for Customs Assigned Numbers v
Performing administrative duties for superiors v
Any other duties that may be assigned by incumbent’s superiors Qualifications: v Higher Diploma in
Computer Science/ Information Systems or equivalent v A degree in Computer Science or
Information Systems would be an added advantage v
Full knowledge of MS Office products v
Demonstrated High level of Computer Literacy v
At least one year experience in systems administration v Knowledge of ASYCUDA, networking
and SAP is an added advantage v
A clean class four driver’s licence is an added advantage Other Attributes: v Self-starter with ability
to learn and work under pressure and beyond stipulated hours v Unquestionable integrity v Ability to work both
independently and as part of a team v
