Skilled Worker: Diesel Plant Fitter 

JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for the servicing, repairing and maintenance of earthmoving plant and machinery 
Key Result Areas
• Disassembles and re-assembles earthmoving equipment and machinery units and tractor implements. Repairs power trains, cooling and hydraulic systems 
• Allocates tasks to subordinates. 
• Carries out field repair and maintenance services, adjusting and resetting of plant and machinery controls as necessary. 
• Advises and recommends on methods of repair 
• Supervises Semi-skilled, Apprentices and Students. 
QUALIFICATIONS 
• National Certificate in Diesel Plant Fitting. 
• Skilled Worker (1) Diesel Plant Fitting Certificate 
• Should have completed a 4 year apprenticeship training with a reputable organization 
• 5'0' levels including English Language, Mathematics and Science. 
• Clean Class 4 Drivers license a must. 
EXPERIENCE 
- At least 5 years post apprenticeship qualifying experience with at least one (1) year experience on tractors and farm implements and equipment. - Hands on experience with workshop tools and safety procedures. - Knowledge of power transmission systems, torque converters and torque dividers and bench-testing of power shift transmissions. - Knowledge on uses and care of measuring instruments and application.

OPERATIONS OFFICER - BANKING
Responsibilities:
Organisation and methods
·To ensure that there are operational procedures and guidelines for all units within the Bank.
·To come up with procedure manuals, maintain procedure manuals as well as issuing out Cautionary and Operational Circulars for consumption within the Bank.
·Responsible for establishing controls on the System Users.
·Carry out compliance checks.
Treasury and Central Operations
·Authorisation of transactions on the following systems Br.net, Paynet, RTGS system, Ecocash
·Ensure all documentation and requirements are complete prior to Account opening and Loan disbursement that is presiding over the signing of the Loan Offer letters and the Guarantor letter by relevant parties.
·Create/Amend products, product charges and product parameters in br.net system.
·Create Loan Disbursements as approved by the Credit Committee in the System including Authorizations of key Branch Transactions. Prepare all documentations required for internal or external audits of the branch
·Maintenance, administration and development of the Treasury Management System and other Treasury Solutions, to improve efficiency, maintain control, and enable better visibility of treasury transactions.
·Settlement and confirmation processing and control, plus query resolution
E-banking
·Oversees the daily operations of all Electronic Banking (functions)
·Takes ownership and is responsible for the coordination of all electronic delivery channels together to create an efficient, functional and user friendly Branch for customers. & maintains knowledge of internal and external resources to mitigate disruption of services to customers)
REQUIREMENTS:

JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for all the planned maintenance (PM) activities related to all Council plant, equipment and machinery to ensure optimum plant availability and life span as well as maintain and update all records pertaining to plant installations, plant and equipment data, plant and equipment history of repairs.
KEY RESULT AREAS
Prepares and distributes Planned Maintenance Schedules for all Council machinery and equipment to all the implementing agents. Prepares and maintains a comprehensive and up to date asset register. - Establishes the planned maintenance tasks to be carried out on any new machinery acquired by the City and reviews them. Drafts and reviews standard task procedures for repair and maintenance of equipment. - Assesses history records and recommends corrective action. - Initiates planned maintenance orders for work in liaison with user or client departments. Manages and maintains all drawings for plant, equipment and parts.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Plant Engineering. - Diploma or Certificate in Planned Maintenance will be an added advantage - Technician Membership of the Zimbabwe Institution of Engineers or any other recognized engineering or technical institution. - Clean Class 4 Driver's license a must
EXPERIENCE
- 4 years working experience as a Planned Maintenance Officer or related field / ten years post qualification experience with at least three (3) years at a senior level. - Hands-on experience in electrical and mechanical plant installations, maintenance and repairs. - Computer literate in MS Word, Excel, Access, Power Point and AUTOCAD and or any Planned Maintenance Software.

JOB PURPOSE Responsible for planning, allocation, supervision and repair of all light and heavy vehicles and maintains a record of work in progress and history of repairs thereof and ensures optimum workshop turnaround mean time to repair (MTTR)

Qualifications
- National Craft Certificate in Mechanical Engineering - Skilled Worker (1) Motor Mechanic Certificate - Should have completed a 4 year apprenticeship training with a report organization - 5'0' levels including English Language, Mathematics and Science - Clean Class 4 Drivers license
EXPERIENCE
- At least 5 years post apprenticeship experience with at least one (1) year experience on all matters relating to vehicle repairs and maintenance. - Hands on experience with workshop tools and safety procedures. - Experience with diesel vehicles (tippers and Lorries) and vehicle electrics is essential.
