Manage the transition of new landlords/ properties over to the firm and set up of new instructions and portfolios.

Manage lease / tenancy events (rent billing, reconciliations, lease renewals, rent reviews, etc.)

 *Van Sales Driver*


Job Description

Responsible for transporting, distributing, and selling products directly to customers from a company-owned van, traveling to various locations in Zimbabwe to meet sales targets and build customer relationships. Other duties assigned will include working closely with stores department and sales department in order to plan routes and track deliveries. The ideal driver must also have time management skills, be honest, and follow safe driving rules.


*Job Responsibilities*

- Establish effective communication and working relationships with internal and external customers to exceed service expectations.

- Follow all policies and procedures of selling and transporting goods as specified by the company by recording all the sales and returns.

- Maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, addressing their needs, resolving customer complaints, and preferences to drive sales.

- Must be competent in driving sales for fast-moving goods in all destinations.

- Load and unload products from the van ensuring accurate inventory counts and proper handling of goods.

- Knowledge of marketing products and taking new orders as they deliver.

- Work is irregular; maybe required to work shift work, weekends, and on public holidays due to the nature of operations.

- Performing any other work-related duties as assigned by the management.

- Inspect trucks and report mechanical problems to transport maintenance personnel.


*Job Qualifications and Skills Required*

- 5 ‘O’ Levels including Mathematics and English Language.

- Clean Valid Driver’s license Class 2 and valid Medical Certificate.

- 2 years of work experience and traceable references.

- 25 years or older with vast experience in driving different trucks.

- Drives articulated, semi-articulated, rigid vehicles up to 18 tonnes.

- Good knowledge of truck driving rules and regulations.
