• Checking completion of growers' records in their appropriate files for future reference.
• Ensuring verification of growers' documents to ensure compliance with stipulated conditions.
• To ensure that files are safe and kept confidential.
• Ensuring customers are served timeously and queries are resolved within a reasonable time frame.

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting electrical issues using appropriate devices and taking corrective actions to minimize breakdowns.
Installation, maintenance and repair of equipment such as motor control centers, motors, boilers.
Carrying out daily, weekly, monthly and annual inspections of equipment.
Ensuring that the quality of maintenance work is of high standard.
Any other duties as assigned by the superior.
Qualifications
5 O levels including Mathematics, English and Science at Grade C or better
National Certificate in Electrical Engineering
Class 4 Drivers License
At least 3 years working experience.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Training of students, religious leaders, teachers and communities on the effects of drug & substance abuse.
- Facilitating during community dialogues on effects of drug and substance abuse.
- Attending training and disseminating feedback to the program staff.
- Report writing after activities.
- Providing counseling and referral services to Young People who use drugs.
- Assisting the Programs Coordinator in preparing workplans and budgets.
- Finance requests, program execution, and liquidation in accordance with the organization's finance procedures and timelines.

Qualifications and Experience
