You should have played a significant role in the cultural and customer care delivery functions within the Banking Sector or other Sectors.
You will report to the Head of Distribution and the CEO when necessary.

Job Purpose (summary of overall job purpose)

· Develop and implement the bank-wide service strategy
· Coordinate implementation of the service deliverables in line with the Bank policies
· Develop a dashboard for daily measure on service deliverables across the bank
· Conduct Internal & External research on service and propose ways of enhancing service
· Ensure a strong customer-centric service culture is entrenched within the bank.

Key responsibilities

a) Culture Change
· Embed service as a key deliverable across the bank at all levels. Empowering people in the bank to take actions to deliver better service within the principles of service delivery
· Training and development design and implementation for front and back office service delivery channels

b) Creating tools to track service end to end
· Map the service journey
· Dashboards
· Consolidate all service reporting and activity across the bank in various units

Take the lead with the design of new, and improvements to existing processes and policies
· Lead Analysis and identification of gaps in processes affecting customer experience
· Keep abreast of best practices (locally and internationally) and make appropriate recommendations within the customer experience team

Qualifications

· A relevant first degree in a business related field as a minimum
· Excel & Microsoft Power Point knowledge
· Knowledge/qualification of six- sigma, lean management or process improvement methodology is an added advantage.

Zimbabwe Human Rights Commission is a Constitutional body whose mandate is to promote, protect and enforce human rights in Zimbabwe.

The Commission seeks to consider suitably and qualified candidates for the following ‘Fixed Term Contract’ position;

The main purpose of the job is to develop and implement Monitoring and Evaluation systems focused on programming, planning and administration for the Commission.

Key result areas
Coordinate the development and implementation of the Annual Work Plan of the Commission; Assist in all coordination, planning, organizational, monitoring and evaluation of ZHRC programme activities and administrative matters as requested; Develop programmes and operational reporting templates that facilitate the acquisition and aggregation of information in programmes in line with ZHRC strategic plan; Facilitate periodic review of progress in implementing the ZHRC strategic plan; Coordinate compilation of the Commission annual report and disseminate the same in collaboration with the Public Relations Officer; Organise and coordinate lessons learnt workshops/review of the Commission’s work plans with partners and other stakeholders; Facilitate documentation and reporting of assessments, programme data, lessons learnt and best practices for internal and external sharing; Develop and maintain effective information database on projects, providing resources and necessary support for programme inputs and outputs; Develop Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) components for current programming and new programme proposals including M&E budget.

Competencies
A post-graduate qualification in any of the following: Planning, Research and Monitoring and Evaluation; Must have a Legal, Human Rights or Social Sciences degree; At least three (3) years’ work experience in planning processes, performance management, monitoring and evaluation, capacity building in large governmental or international organisations; Good knowledge of programme cycle management and development; Demonstrable knowledge of the “Theory of Change” and its application in programme implementation and management; Proven skills in critical thinking, assessment and analysis; strong competency in conceptualizing and designing strategic frameworks; Excellent communication, team building and training skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relations in and outside the Commission; Demonstrated ability in report writing and presentation; Ability to design M&E tools, surveys, evaluations and analyse data using statistical software; Ability to train and strengthen capacity of others
