Main Focus Areas

 

INFRASTRUCTURE SYSTEMS PLANNING

• Develops the weekly systems (Postilion, CBS, Email) performance and resource utilization plans to monitor performance of the systems in line with the Infrastructure and Systems Architecture plans and submits the plans to the Technology Infrastructure and Networks Manager.

• Analyses and provides diagnostic & trend analysis reports to the Technology Infrastructure and Networks Manager on a weekly basis.
• Monitors server and network performance daily using appropriate monitoring tools (such dashboards).
• Performs routine maintenance activities, when red flags are raised and when maintenance services highlight additional actions required.
• Configures and maintains physical and virtual server environment daily in line with Infrastructure and Systems Architecture plan.
• Interfaces with Enterprise Architecture Manager on system development issues.
• Designs local & wide area network of machines and documents all aspects of design including graphic illustration of overall architecture.

Nature Positive Food Systems Program (NPFS) Manager

To work under the direction of the NPFS Africa lead, the NPFS program manager (Chimanimani) serves as operational lead for the NPFS programming in Chimanimani, working with and providing logistical support to the Chimanimani coordinating committee.

2.1. NPFS Chimanimani Community of Practice: lead on the development and facilitation of a Chimanimani Nature Based Solutions (NBS) Community of Practice. Document best practices and share across Nature+ partners and the CoP. [A&I]

Education:

• Experience in fields relevant to biodiversity conservation and sustainable development, including nature-based solutions, sustainable infrastructure, natural capital and ecosystem services, landscape scale planning; and excellent understanding of international conservation, climate, and sustainable development issues, especially nature-based solutions, climate risk management, climate resilience, sustainable infrastructure, and systems change.

Duties and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Pharmacist the main responsibilities for the job are: -
• To organize medications for Pharmacist to dispense
• To prepare labels
• To calculate quantities.
• To prepare medical aid claim forms
• To perform general clerical duties, such as answering phones and operating cash register
• To assemble intravenous solutions and other pharmaceutical therapies.
• To explain to patients the medicines dispensed, as advised by the Pharmacist.

Qualifications and Experience

Ideal Candidate must:
• Pharmacy/Dispensary Assistant Certificate
• 5 ‘O’ levels
• 1-year relevant post qualification pharmacy experience
• Be a person of integrity with a strong client focus
• Be a team player with good communication skills.
• Have a mathematical aptitude.
• Be swift and accurate in execution of duties.
• Have a commitment to handling private and confidential information with a high degree of professionalism.

ICT/Computer Science teacher (Up to “A” Level)

Maranatha Christian High School is looking for a well-qualified and experienced candidate to fill the ICT/Computer Science Teacher position that has arisen due to expansion. Maranatha Christian High Schools are Registered Cambridge and ZIMSEC Centers with Boardings in Harare and Kadoma.

Duties and Responsibilities

Ø Teaching the subject up to “A” Level.
Ø Evaluating student performance,
Ø Maintaining classroom records,
Ø Meeting with parents, teachers, and other professionals,
Ø Updating curriculum, and participating in campus events.
Ø Evaluating and grading students' class work, assignments, and other papers.
Ø Supervising projects.
Ø Preparing course materials such as syllabi, homework assignments, and hand-outs.
Ø Carrying out additional research, supervisory, or organizational duties may also be required depending upon the expectations of the Maranatha Christian School.

Qualifications and Experience

Ø Bachelor's or graduate degree majoring in the subjects or an approved teacher training program from a well-recognized institution.
Ø Post Graduate Diploma in education or
Ø Diploma in Education from a recognized Institution.
Ø Proven experience in teaching Cambridge Syllabus and Exam classes.
Ø At least 3 years of experience of serving in Private Schools.
Ø Christian based background.
Ø Ability to exhibit patience when working with students who don't immediately understand the concepts being presented.
Ø Professionalism.
Ø Good communication skills.

MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT – Printflow

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill in the above position that has fallen vacant in the Finance Section. The incumbent will be reporting to the Finance Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

(1) Product Costing and Pricing.
(2) Inventory Accounting.
(3) Revenue Accounting.
(4) Budgetary control and generation of monthly Management Reports.
(5) IFRS Reporting.
(6) Systems Documentation and flow charting of costing processes.
(7) Liaises with both external and internals auditors.
(8) Day to day management of the Costing Section.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate for this position must meet the following criteria:-
• An Accounting Degree plus full ACCA, CIS/CIMA.
• 3 years experience in RevenueAccounting and Costing.
• ERP and Microsoft Office Skills.
