This senior and important role contributes to the success of the farming season for the estate.
Ideally you would have worked for a large estate or farming operation whereby your job purpose has been to provide services in;
Supervision and ensuring that all field operations (land preparation, planting, fertilizing, weed and pest control, harvesting and agronomic functions) are performed timorously, effectively and efficiently.
Planning and execution daily field activities/operations for the farm estate
