Job description
Perform day to day bookkeeping and administrative operations; Make payments to suppliers and service providers; Prepare vouchers and book transactions in accounting systems; Perform monthly cash counts, prepare bank and cash reconciliations; Maintain an advance register to track all the advances issued in the month; Assist with delegated administrative, procurement and logistics duties for the office; Maintaining an inventory of all stocks and maintenance fixed assets, including vehicles; Filing all finance and administration documents accurately and timely
Qualifications
At least 1 year working experience, experience woking for an NGO will be an added advantage; Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or any related professional accounting qualifications.

Oxfam would like to secure the services of external consultants to assist in reflecting on the relevance of its current programme and strategies to reconfigure its current programming accordingly and be responsive to the context in a manner that is relevant and applicable to Zimbabwe’s peculiar contextual realities.
