Laboratory Scientist X 2 - Lancet Clinical Laboratories
Key Responsibilities
• Generates management reports as required to monitor work and performance status of the laboratory and takes corrective action when required.
• Performs the role of a medical laboratory scientist as required in accordance with operational needs.
• Reports incidents, customer complaints and gives possible solutions.
• Adheres to professional conduct in line with organizational policy.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Performs investigations into and resolve customer complaints to ensure a positive image the organization

Qualification and Experience:
• Degree in Medical Laboratory Science
• At least three (3) years' work experience
• Ability to handle work- related pressure
• Pay attention to detail
• Computer Literacy
• Time management
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Registered with MLSCZ
