Job purpose
The Program Facilitator will work closely with and report to the
National Coordinator for the Adolescents Girls and Young Women (AGYW) project.
S/He will collaborate closely with the project team in their assigned district
to ensure effective implementation of AGYW grant activities. S/He will also
collaborate closely with their district’s Monitoring and Evaluation
Coordinator, and Accountant. S/He will have functional links with all project
staff, local stakeholders, technical partners and key populations
representatives
Key responsibilities
• Initiate and maintain regular minutes of project team meetings
• Report in line with the donor contracts and compliance requirements;
• Facilitate community empowerment and capacity building program activities through linkages and collaboration with partners at grassroots level, including working with communities and providing skills to enable them to spearhead HIV/AIDS prevention and control activities;

• Facilitate parenting interventions and household economic strengthening activities
