Requirements:
Degree in Economics or Accounting
A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) – part thereof – studying
At least 2 years’ experience managing portfolios within the asset management industry
Strong research background and excellent client-facing skills
Ideally between 25 and 30 years of age
Role:
The role will consist of:
Managing portfolios of various clients (such as pension funds, Corporates and high net worth individuals)
Research (listed counters, plus macro and micro-economic environments)
Investment decision making
Ensuring transactions are correctly captured by back office
Monthly, quarterly annual and ad hoc reporting to clients
Liaison with Administrators, Custodians, Brokers and other third parties

Treasurer (Financial Services Sector)
Description
• Formulate the annual treasury strategy and action items for approval by the Managing Director and for incorporation into the corporate strategy.
• Ensure treasury products and services are competitively packaged, priced through market intelligence and in coordination with other departments.

Qualifications

Credit Manager (Financial Services Sector)
Description
• To provide the technical know-how and leadership in the development and management of credit products and services for the institution
• Direct and provide strategic leadership to the Credit Division
• Formulate and implement action plans and budgets for the credit department,
• Provide risk intelligence guidance to Management on credit management and market business intelligence
• Credit analysis, vetting and approval of loans within delegated limits of authority
• Enforce compliance with relevant governance and regulations

Qualifications

Program Facilitators (Adolescents Girls and Young Women Grant) x 4 - Plan International Zimbabwe
Locations: Manicaland Program Area (Chimanimani), Kwekwe Program Area (Kwekwe), Bulawayo Program Area (Umzingwane and Umguza)
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract
Job purpose
The Program Facilitator will work closely with and report to the National Coordinator for the Adolescents Girls and Young Women (AGYW) project. S/He will collaborate closely with the project team in their assigned district to ensure effective implementation of AGYW grant activities. S/He will also collaborate closely with their district’s Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator, and Accountant. S/He will have functional links with all project staff, local stakeholders, technical partners and key populations representatives
Key responsibilities
• Initiate and maintain regular minutes of project team meetings
• Report in line with the donor contracts and compliance requirements; 
• Facilitate community empowerment and capacity building program activities through linkages and collaboration with partners at grassroots level, including working with communities and providing skills to enable them to spearhead HIV/AIDS prevention and control activities;
• Facilitate the provision of education support to AGYW and other supports critical for retention
• Facilitate parenting interventions and household economic strengthening activities
• Liaise with other Sub-Sub Recipients (SSRs) for coordinated and targeted delivery of Gender Based Violence prevention and Adolescents Sexual Reproductive Health interventions
• Communicate with project staff and other local stakeholders 
Entry qualifications and experience
• A First Degree in either Development Studies, Social Science, Health Promotions, Gender or Project Management, or any relevant qualification from a recognized institution
• Additional qualifications and experience in project management, report writing and social/community development skills will be an added advantage;
• A minimum of 3 years practical experience working with rural communities;
• 5 “O” levels including Mathematics and English Language. 
• Experience in project management and implementation in the field;
• Familiarity with working with adolescent girls and young women;
• Knowledge and experience in the delivery of training and resources to adults, young people and children;
• Ability to work with teams, communicate and coordinate with government departments and other agencies at various levels;
• Knowledge of matters related to HIV/AIDS transmission and prevention, and strategies to influence policies in these domains;
• Experience in management or administration of health projects, especially HIV/AIDS programing and dealing with international partners (Global Fund, etc.) considered an advantage;
• Hands-on experience with delivering Global Fund grants considered an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills
