Assist in profiling target clients and brokers, identifying new business opportunities, and mapping strategic client journeys.

Provide input into the go-to-market strategy and execution plans, including regional market intelligence, competitor insights, and feedback from client engagements.

4.  Strategic Support to Deputy CEO


Assist in preparing strategic reports, investor decks, and board-facing communication materials on client trends, market development, and marketing performance.

Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and project tracking linked to client growth, retention metrics, and reputational positioning.

Monitor and report on the performance of key marketing and client initiatives, providing recommendations for improvement.

5.  Operational Excellence & Internal Liaison


Serve as a communication conduit between client-facing activities and internal teams, ensuring alignment on delivery timelines, expectations, and execution risks.

Lead internal briefing sessions before client meetings and ensure all stakeholders are equipped with relevant intelligence and strategic context.

Ensure appropriate documentation and CRM records are maintained to support accurate reporting and relationship continuity.
