Minimum Requirements:

Job Specification.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Maintain cashbooks. • Prepare bank reconciliations and process all direct transactions raised by the bank. • Costing and valuation of monthly work in progress, the preparation and processing of the WIP journal. • Costing of imports and processing the GRN into the stock ledger. • Posting all raw material and component issues for production to the general ledger as well as the recovery of materials • Investigate variances on manufacturing raw material issues compared to usage. • Ensure that the controls in the point of sale process are maintained and that staff comply with the stipulated process. • Preparing and posting monthly salaries and wages journals. • Control the ordering of office stationery including point of sale requirements. • Preparation of all creditors reconciliations and payments. • Complete monthly statutory returns and effect payments timeously.

• Raising of requisitions for medicines and sundries from NATPHARM and vaccines from Central Vaccine Stores
• Receiving and recording of excess or expired drug returns and sees to it that expired drugs are destroyed.
