The Legal Resources Foundation, a local legal services NGO,
invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced persons for the
post of Centre Administrator based in Bulawayo.
Under the supervision of the Centre Manager, the Centre
Administrator is responsible for providing complete effective administrative
support to Legal Resources Foundation Bulawayo in pursuance of LRF programme
objectives and for the benefit of all stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities
Facilitate payment processing (including raising requisitions for activities and bills and ensuring they are settled on time); Preparation of monthly variance and other donor reports; Compiles reports on specific donors; Arranges travel, prepares itineraries, registers staff as need for meetings and conferences etc; Compile Centre's annual budget and links it to the work plan; Ensures all Centre assets are properly administered; Centre human resources duties; Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual statistics for the Centre for both legal services and legal education; Provision of secretarial support and running reception when necessary; Provides administrative support to lawyers and paralegals, ensuring their programmes run smoothly by providing funds, stationery, vehicles etc; Provides administrative support to the Library; Ensures availability and monitors distribution of IEC materials as well as attending to stock counts monthly; Monitors daily general office hygiene and cleanliness; Provides logistical support to ensure effective implementation of training strategy – organizing venues for workshops, travelling costs for participants and materials required for trainings; Supervision of Office Assistants; Any other duties as assigned by the Centre Manager.

• Maintains a variety of records such as Vehicle Log Books, Handover Forms, Vehicle Defects. Accidents and Incidents Report Forms. Log books should be updated with information such as date, time of departure and arrival, purpose of trip, destination, and mileage and vehicle maintenance.
• Reports any accidents or defects on the vehicles to the supervisor to ensure that the vehicles are sent for repairs.
• Assumes responsibility for care and maintenance of the vehicle: washes vehicle and cleans inferior. Checks oil, water and batteries in vehicles to ensure that the vehicle arrives to its intended destination without any related faults and to ensure work is done timeously without any delays.
• Report any delays due to breakdowns, weather or traffic conditions or other emergencies or in the event of irregularities relating to pick up or delivery of staff.
• Undertakes deliveries and collections as requested by the Supervisors.
• Preforms any other duties in the office as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

TOLLING SITE GENERAL HAND (Fixed Term
Contract)
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITY
• Cleaning tolling booths and
surrounding infrastructure
• Cleaning ablution facilities. and ensuring they are in a usable state at all times.
• Keeping the exterior and interior of buildings clean including windows.
• Ensuring that all signage and beacons are clean and in the right places.
• Weeding and grass cutting.
• Ensuring that tollgate area is litter free.
• Any other related duties as assigned by Supervisor
