Non-Timber Forest Product Global Development Alliance (NTFP GDA) in Zimbabwe.
NTFP GDA would be enhancing the resilience of vulnerable groups, and increase

structured markets, be supported to achieve improved quality for their produce,

better natural resource management (NRM) activities across their communities.
1. BOOKKEEPER/OFFICE MANAGER – Full Time

Position Summary: The Bookkeeper/Office Manager assists the Country

The Zvandiri Associate will be
expected to:
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to MoHCC and partners on the
implementation of the direct service delivery approach of the Zvandiri model
focussing on HIV programming for children and adolescents.
• Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of HIV programs for
children and adolescents.
• Coordinates training sessions and workshops to enhance the knowledge and
skills of community workers and health care workers. P
• Establish and maintain partnerships with relevant stakeholders including
government agencies and other NGOs.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives within the
organisation’s HIV programs in an assigned district.
• Analyse data, identify challenges and propose solutions to enhance service
delivery and outcomes.
• Collaborate with the monitoring and evaluation team to establish appropriate
indicators and systems to track impact and effectiveness of the Zvandiri model.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, interventions, and outcomes. Prepare
regular reports for internal use.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in social work or relevant social science degree
• Minimum three years’ experience in community development and/or mobilisation
• Experience working with children and adolescents
• Comprehensive understanding of Child’s Rights and Laws in Zimbabwe
• Technical working knowledge of HIV
• Knowledge of and familiarity with the Ministry of Health and Child Care and
Ministry of Public Service, Labour and Social Welfare
• Excellent report writing and computer skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

About
Zvandiri is a community organisation which through its Zvandiri programme,
integrates community prevention, treatment, care and support for children,
adolescents and young people living with HIV. Works with the Ministry of Health
and Child Care (MOHCC) and National AIDS Council in implementing these
interventions with funding from various funders.
Position summary
Under the supervision of the Knowledge Management and Documentation
Coordinator, the Knowledge Management Associate will provide overall knowledge
management assistance, and daily administrative support to the Knowledge
Evidence and Innovation unit.

System and Processes
• Support the organisation of knowledge management digital platforms, working
closely with supervisor.
• Plan and schedule the utilisations of the knowledge sharing platforms
specifically the Zvandiri Connect, Zvandiri ECHO hub for case management
sessions and Peadiatric and Adolescent course.
• Support the dissemination of new materials, tools and publications in the
knowledge library.
Content Generation for Zvandiri
Package and Materials
• Support the brainstorming and development of Zvandiri packages and materials
• Assist in proof reading knowledge materials generated.
• Assisting with research and innovation projects as required
• Assist capacity-building activities for staff and other stakeholders on
access of the Zvandiri Knowledge Library and other platforms;
• Collaborating with KEI and the IT team in developing strategies to identify
and meet the demands of users regarding utilisation of the electronic platforms
for knowledge sharing and training.
• Collaborating with the KEI and the IT team in developing new features and
improving existing functionalities of the knowledge sharing platforms,
including their design and layout tools to help people find the information
they are looking for quickly and easily.
• Collaborating with the IT team in developing monitoring systems to produce
statistics and monthly reports;
• Providing administrative and logistical support to the KEI team.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotions, Social Sciences or related fields.
• Prior experience of in carrying out information research, with ability to
analyse information and summarise key facts.
• Experience of using knowledge management/library systems is an added
advantage.
• Ability to support and build knowledge products.
• High level of proficiency in MS Suite is required. Experience of working with
WordPress is desirable.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
