Drivers(8): Organisation of Rural Associations for Progress (ORAP)

Deadline: 10 September 2018

Reports To: Transport Manager

Duties Include
Providing timely driving services to transport staff and/or commodities as required whilst adhering to safety standards; Ensuring sound running of vehicles assigned and liaising with the supervisor for vehicle repairs where necessary; Checking oil and tyres properly and keeping the vehicles in a clean condition, both inside and outside; Keeping records of vehicle movements through continuous updating of log books on daily basis

Qualifications and Experience
2 years driving experience in an NGO environment; A clean class four driver’s licence; Defensive driving Certificate; Class two driver’s licence will be an added advantage
