Finance Assistant (Chiredzi): International Rescue Committee

Position Overview
The Finance Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Senior Finance Manager in providing effective financial management support for Chiredzi Field Office.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Managing all aspects of day to day operations of accounting department in field office; Assist in the implementation of all Finance policies and procedures; Compile monthly VAT refund schedules; Review all payment request forms and disbursement of funds; ensure proper coding and obtain approval/authority signatures and maintain complete files on all vendors and payments; Cashiering which includes disbursement of funds; Maintain cash and bank spreadsheets for Chiredzi Field Office and submit expenditure worksheets to Finance Head Office on or before 3rd of every subsequent month; Prepare and submit to Harare Office the monthly staff payroll information. Ensure that personal bills not paid/ liquidated the field are deducted from the payroll; Participate in weekly and monthly cash counts; Prepare cash and bank reconciliation and submit to Senior Finance Manager by 3rd of every month; Prepare and coordinate cash forecasts & transfers to suppliers and staff; Ensure Cash Transfer and Voucher Programming SOPs are adhered to specifically on finance systems and procedures; Prepare cash transfers’ and vouchers’ reconciliation for Cash Transfer and Voucher Programming implementation and keep a file and track records on payments and monthly signed beneficiary lists; Act as the Budget vs Actual (BvA) System Administrator for the Field office; Produce monthly and quarterly internal and donor finance reports for review by the Senior Finance Manager; Perform pre-audit checks for Donor and Statutory Audits; All other duties assigned by Senior Finance Manager

Agricultural Field Extension Officer: ETG Farmers Foundation

Main duties
Provide agronomic extension services to smallholder farmers in the Nkayi district. The incumbent must be able to mobilize program beneficiaries; Provide timely and relevant farmer trainings; Work with partner organizations to further the objectives of linking farmers to the sesame market; Collect and compile data for monitoring and evaluation and case studies, through in-field assessments and surveys; Utilize online system to track trainings and farmer progression; Report project progress on a monthly basis with budget follow-ups.
Qualifications and Skills Required:

The main responsibilities for the CC Program Coordinator will be to ensure the coordination, implementation, documenting, monitoring and evaluation of the cervical cancer screening activities. The position of the CCPC is a key position responsible for the day to day running of the C-CAST program. In coordination with the District Health Executive (DHE) teams the CCPC manages the VIAC sites, optimizes quality assurance, professional education and training to the VAIC service providers.

The Cervical Cancer Program Coordinator will be expected to carry out the following key objectives: Provide technical Support to MoH Staff ensuring compliance with PEPFAR and MOHCC cervical cancer screening policies and procedures; Project Management and Coordination; Reporting, monitoring and evaluation

General Functions
The successful candidate will lead the greening and resilience building of the SHDF business development and entrepreneurship projects in the respective district. 1. Educational Background
The incumbent should possess
A Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies, Development Studies, Geography, Natural Resources, Agriculture or any related discipline; Diploma in Disaster Risk Reduction/Climate Change/Education/Gender or any related discipline; A valid, unendorsed class 3/4 drivers licence with at least 3 years driving experience; Experience in analytical and research skills; Knowledge of and sensitivity to gender issues; At least 4 years’ experience in a similar role in the NGO Sector
