We are urgently seeking a Construction Site Manager / Project Manager who is prepared to start immediately. He will be responsible for the direction and performance of field operations and construction management for assigned project(s), ensuring work is performed in conformance with the project objectives and requirements.
Principal areas of responsibility are construction supervision, health and safety, cost estimating, scheduling, construction operations, quality management, staffing, material control, field-based procurement, client relations and integrated project delivery. 2. Clinics Business Development Manager - PSZ
The Role
The Clinics Business Development Manager is a key member of the Senior Management Team and is responsible for managing, developing, monitoring and supporting the growth of the network of PSZ clinics with the long-term goal of developing a sustainable business. The Clinics Business Development Manager reports to the Program Director. He/she is also responsible for ensuring that high quality clinical standards are maintained. The incumbent actively contributes in the development of donor – funded proposals that may have impact on clinics. The incumbent will represent PSZ at relevant NGO, donor and Government forums focused on advancing Family Planning and Sexual and Reproductive Health agendas at the national and regional level. Identify opportunities for partnerships that will ensure expansion of PSZ services provided from Clinics and contribute to the organization’s mission and vision.
About you
• University degree in Health-related Sciences
• A post graduate qualification in Business Management is a requirement
• Minimum of 5 years’ in a management role
• Must be self-initiating and be able to work independently.
• Ability to make sound decisions and resolve problems

THE JOB
