Background The work will
involve measurement of executed construction works and valuating claims made by
the sub-contractors. The site quantity surveyor will also assist in the
production of bills of quantities and material schedules for ongoing projects.
Duties and Responsibilities
Under the direct supervision of the Site Manager, the site quantity surveyor will work closely with the other site personnel/team to undertake the following tasks: • Measurement of executed construction works and valuating the sub-contractor's claims; • Assist in providing quality control and site reports of ongoing projects; • Keep track of variations and costs of ongoing projects; • Produce bills of quantities and material schedules; • Assist in organising weekly site meetings; • Any other project related tasks as requested.

The African Forum and Network
on Debt and Development (AFRODAD) was created 20 years ago as a pan African

development in the following thematic areas on the continent: Debt Management,
International Public Finance and Domestic Resource Mobilisation.

Key responsibilities
Policy analysis and research
Coordinate research and documentation in the relevant thematic area of International Public Finance; Produce Policy Briefs, Discussion Papers, Occasional/Working Papers, Position Papers on the above mentioned thematic area in Africa in order to establish evidence-based dialogues on best practices with stakeholders; Contribute to AFRODAD publications (including the bi-annual issues paper, AFRODAD newsletters, blogs, news articles and policy briefs); Contribute to relevant thematic policy debates and discussions ensuring AFRODAD has increasing policy influence.

A local human rights NGO is
looking to fill the position of Bookkeeper/Accountant. Reporting to the Finance
Director, the individual will be responsible for ensuring that day-to-day
