The Agri-Fin Mobile program, which works with partners to build sustainable models, wherein farm and crop management tools and financial services are "bundled" in affordable, platforms on mobile phone channels to promote mass uptake commercially. The program targets partners with existing financial, MNO and agricultural technical service mobile platforms or applications, or demonstrated interest in developing and investing in them, and facilitates development of a business model whereby the bundling process provides an increased value proposition for each partner, such as, increased fee income, greater outreach or reduced risks. The program is supporting the rollout of mobile based bundled services to smallholder farmers. To ensure uptake and accurate use of the services the program intends to rollout a mobile literacy program among current and potential users of the services.

Develop training material for the program; Facilitate training for smallholder farmers in selected provinces; Conduct training evaluations and recommend way forward

Responsibilities:

• Execute relationship-building and fundraising activities to meet the university’s resource mobilization goals for Africa.

Keep accurate records of prospective contributors, gifts, donor correspondence, calls and visits. Produce reports that summarize results of fundraising efforts of the OAPA, listing names of donors and contributions by category.
• Direct all Africa-based fundraising plans and schedule of gift solicitation activities to cultivate and secure major gifts based on annual targets, as agreed with the Vice Chancellor/CEO.
• Maintain up-to-date files on all donor-supported projects, offices, activities, staff positions and students that document progress, outcomes and beneficiary appreciation (such as photographs, video testimonials, biographies, CVs, and letters of thanks.

Job summary
This is a full-time position designed to assist the Prevention Program Manager to provide effective programmatic leadership and oversight at the provincial level. The focus will be AHF Zimbabwe supported sites and partners. Key roles are; coordination of activities, planning, quality management and supervision, ensure HIV testing is done in conformity with national guidelines, logistical support, monitoring and reporting, administration of volunteers, support training activities and ensuring advances dispensed to the province are accounted for in accordance with organization procedures. Roles and responsibilities

Education and experience
To perform this job successfully, the person must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. AHF staff members must be in good standing with an up to date knowledge of AIDS/HIV infections and AIDS/HIV therapies. He/She must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in public health, social sciences, counselling, development studies, community development or related course with 2 -3 years’ experience or a higher diploma in a health related course or public health, social sciences, development studies, counselling, community development with 7 years’ experience in similar position. Demonstrable experience in project planning will be an added advantage.

AHF is an international humanitarian organization operating in Zimbabwe, collaborating with Ministry of Health and Child Care to create Centers of Excellence in health. AHF is looking for a highly qualified Data Officer to fill a position that has arisen at one of the Centers – Parirenyatwa Hospital (Harare). The successful candidate will be expected to coordinate AHF program data management activities relating to HTS and ART services including routine data collection, compilation, analysis, and dissemination through use of an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
Position summary
The AHF Data Officer will work under the direct supervision of the Medical Director at the Centre of Excellence and also under the M&E Manager who is based at Head Office. This position is critical as the Data Officer will be responsible for generating accurate information, quality reports and analyzed data as required. S/he will ensure safety and retrieval of data at the designated site. In addition, the Data Officer will ensure functionality of the medical records management systems (MRS) which is being used on site.
Job description
Essential Duties, Responsibilities and other duties that may be assigned: Collect weekly HTS and ART statistics from the respective site for PPR reports; Enter all weekly, monthly and quarterly PPR data into AHF PPR web portal; Actively participates in preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly program data reports and ensures timely submission of requested data to all key stakeholders, as well as assist in the production of information submitted to the MoHCC DHIS2; Regularly monitors and maintains privacy of all data/information collected and entered into all computers on site; Ensures that all data/information is backed up on a regular basis (daily/weekly/ monthly) basis to ensure safety of data; Assist MOHCC MIS personnel in troubleshooting and management of computer systems including EMR system at the facility and Ensure that the system onsite is functional to support quality assurance, validity, accuracy and integrity of the program data;
Qualifications
The applicant should hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Economics or other related field from a recognized university. At least two years’ experience in data management and analysis in a busy health care setting and in a field directly related to HIV & AIDS and specified responsibilities. Previous exposure and experience working with healthcare delivery systems such as ePOC, DHIS 2 a significant advantage. Flexible, proactive and able to organize work independently as well as work in a team.
