2. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
2.1. Qualified Chartered Accountant
2.2. At least 3 years’ experience in similar capacity
2.3. Experience in Management and Financial Reporting
2.4. Knowledge of cash flow management
2.5. Knowledge of project costing
3. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Preparation of Board of directors meeting pack for the group
• Financial planning and analysis of the group and all subsidiaries
• Preparation of group monthly management accounts and financial statements, inclusive of intercompany consolidation
• Reviewing and approving management monthly accounts and reconciliations of subsidiaries.
• Preparation of Annual Financial Statements for all group companies in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Preparation, monthly monitoring and review of budgets for all group companies and the group
• Monitoring and interpreting cashflows
• Overseeing the Treasury function
• Overseeing tax issues for the group and all subsidiaries (QPD, PAYE, VAT, Corporate tax, withholding tax etc)
• Overseeing regulatory compliance with institutions such as ZIMRA, NSSA, NEC, ZimDef, RBZ, etc
• Review and approval of all statutory and regulatory submissions to regulators
• Managing a variety of stakeholders and their expectations through regular communication
• Participation in Group strategy and planning activities.
• Design, implementation and review of internal controls
• Performing special business analysis and investigations as required across the group.
• Overseeing external audits for all group companies e.g. Preparing year end audit schedules and attending to audit queries
• Overseeing the overall administration function across the whole group
• Overseeing the bookkeeping function including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll
• Manage the acquisition of capital assets and ensure that assets are properly recorded, amortized, and disposed of as appropriate
• Overseeing all payroll functions to ensure that employees are paid in a timely and accurate manner
• Monitoring risk management policies and procedures to ensure that program and organizational risks are minimized
• Advising the organization's leadership on appropriate insurance coverage for the organization and the Board of Dir
• Overseeing the management of all leases, contracts and other financial commitments

Your contribution
Setting the Path. You’ll partner with various teams in the organisation to offer WOW customer service and thought leadership regarding people management and execution. You will work closely with PSI employees to improve work relationships, promote PSI culture, employee wellness, and positively impact employee moral .
Be the front line. You will be the first point of contact to help employees resolve day to day HR issues (ie Staff welfare, HR Support, Records Management, Payments Processing, Contracts Administration, leave and timesheet administration, payroll input and/or separations amoung others).
Your Attitude. You are cool, calm, collected and confident and know when to lean on leadership within Human Resources Department. You also have the humility to do HR administration which includes filing, clerical and other routine Human Resources duties. 
Bring the Expertise. You will be the go-to resource for employees on policy interpretation and guiding staff on how to implement the same, national labour statutes, job description development, recruitment and selection, induction, employee development and performance management.
Your background
HR Street Cred. You’ve got at least 5 years of HR experience across a wide range of disciplines from Recruitment and Selection, Reward and Compensation practices, employment engagement, diversity, performance management, Industrial Relations and appreciation of HR metrics and analytics.

Eight (8) Enumerators: International Medical Corps

Time Frame: 15 days
International Medical Corps is an international humanitarian organisation is seeking EIGHT (8) ENUMERATORS to collect data for an End of Project Evaluation Survey for an emergency nutrition and WASH project to be implemented in Beit Bridge, Bubi and Insiza districts. The Enumerator is primarily responsible for collecting field data. They have direct contact with respondents and have a great bearing on the quality of data collected and ultimately on the quality of data output. The duties and responsibilities of the field enumerator are as follows:
Pre-Enumeration duties
Attend enumerators’ training workshop; Receive enumeration materials and equipment from the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer; Develop an enumeration schedule/itinerary
Enumeration duties
Locate (or select) sample members; Conduct interviews with respondents; Record responses as instructed; Comply with the requirements necessary for conducting a successful interview
Post-Enumeration duties
Ensure that enumerator checking is complete; Ensure that all questionnaires and equipment are accounted for; Turn over all literature and materials used in the survey to the principal investigator
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:
A minimum of secondary school qualification, post-secondary school education will be an added advantage; Highly organized individual, capable of handling multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and managing time effectively; Ability to work independently as well as an effective team player; Outstanding communications, writing, and research skills; Ability to work with minimal supervision
